Part 1: Analysis of the answers.
In 2015, Translation Commons conducted an industry-wide survey on Mentoring for Translators and Interpreters. The objective of the survey was to gather real-life information on existing mentoring practices and to determine the optimal mentoring elements for Translators and Interpreters. The survey was designed to be taken by both mentors1 and mentees2 whether they already had experience or not.
